Pain

Am in serious pain today, woke up this morning feeling achey (set my alarm for 9am) but was excited as had my last run of Couch to 5K to do today, so had fun at the gym, am really enjoying the Couch to 5K programme. Then went on the elliptical for 10 minutes and my legs were aching even more, and now am at home in bed and they are still aching. Have done lots of stretches so I know they'll get better, just think its a consequence of going from no exercise to running and spinning in one week! Tomorrow is my rest day, but I still feel like i should go as it's my first weigh in on monday, but I really need a rest day to recover my legs so will have to ban myself from the gym for one day!
