Euggh could not sleep last night, really don't know why! Kept looking at the clock watching it tick past 3am..4am, and then alarm went off at 8.30, fun times! Might have to have a nap inbetween lectures as I feel so groggy.
But back onto the Diet! Weighed myself for the first day and my weight is 103.2kg.
Am not surprised as I was 101.9kg last week, and ate so much yesterday!
So to reach my Valentines Day target I need to get to 100.2kg (hopefully i'll get under 100kg).
Had my breakfast, scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, very yummy! And had to have a cup of tea as am so sleepy but will definitely cut tea out after this week.
