I am really excited to weigh myself on Monday, am literally counting down the days!
But am worried that i'm building myself up, and if I haven't lost any weight i'll be devastated. Just need to think positively and keep up the healthy eating and exercising. Am still deciding whether or not to go to the gym tomorrow, as it should really be my rest day...will just have to see what time I wake up!.
Comedy store tonight, I can't wait!
