Hi, my name is Renee from Australia. I'm also on the Dukan diet & have lost 7 kgs have 16 kg more to lose. Increase oat bran to 2 tablespoons so your insides are working nicely Ive come up with some great recipes(I'm a chef) with oat bran one is a choc cake another is the vanilla oat bran galette or pancake. I will send them to you they are really easy to make and a fab snack :-) you are doing awesome !!! Just remember to eat lots of protein as that's how the weight is going to fall off. Eg: if you want a snack have pieces of rolled ham, chicken breast or turkey. Keep up the great work love Renee .... :-)
